IT’S OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
This year marks a powerful milestone for Eat Better Live Better—10 years of feeding our community with dignity. What began with just $15 and a lot of sweat equity has grown into a countywide organization that has distributed over 4 million pounds of healthy food and reaches more than 200,000 families each year.
We invite you to join us on Wednesday, April 22, for our 4th Annual Feeding the Hands of Hunger Luncheon as we celebrate a decade of service.
Eat Better Live Better is on a mission to provide access to fresh produce, healthy groceries, and nutrition education to the communities we serve to help prevent, reverse, and reduce childhood obesity and other diet-related health conditions. Our vision is that all children, families, and individuals have access to nutrition education and healthy foods regardless of background or life experiences. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we recognize the food crisis as it is affecting so many of our local families. Therefore, we have established our Grocery Assistance Program (GAP) to combat this crisis that plagues thousands of our hungry neighbors. It is disheartening to hear the financial and emotional strains that many families endure, but we are committed to providing them with support and resources to improve their situation.
